Guillaume is a narrative artist. His drawings are stories, playfully mixing the past and today’s world. They gather influences and pay tribute to tales from different places and times, questioning our relationship with the past .
Architect by training, his work unfolds at various scales from champagne label to 40 m long facades in Bangkok. He exhibits his paintings internationaly: in the Rwandan landscape and at Italian Palazzo, among other places.
Guillaume is exploring his peculiar approach to the past through a new serie of objects. The first one is a witty deck of cards. Full of symbols and references, each court card is Roman Emperor, a Queen, a lover or mistress.
